Discovery Stage 01 · Target Discovery

Finding a credible target takes months — before a single molecule is tested

Without manually cross-referencing Open Targets, ChEMBL, and PubMed one by one. The platform scores 108,000 target-disease associations and stress-tests every hit against contradicting evidence — so you start with confidence, not hope.

“Find validated targets for non-small cell lung cancer with strong clinical evidence.”

How it works

01

Name the disease

Type a disease name or EFO ID. The platform queries 108,000 pre-scored omics associations — genetics, expression, and druggability — and returns ranked targets.

02

Adversarial validation

Each target is stress-tested against clinical trials, ChEMBL bioactivity, and literature. Failed trials and contradicting evidence surface before you commit compute credits.

03

Dockable targets, ready

You receive ranked targets with suggested PDB IDs, key variants, pathways, and tractability assessments — ready to feed into lead optimization or docking.

Proof

108,436 target-disease associations in omics_targets (Cosmos DB). Composite score: genetics 0.40 + expression 0.30 + druggability 0.30.

56 pharmacogene documents in omics_pgx. 134,940 ClinVar pathogenic variants in omics_resistance.

validate_target stress-tests each hit with tiered weighting: clinical trials (3×), ChEMBL bioactivity (2×), literature (1×), omics (1×).
